Title of FAQ: How to become a moderator on TeenTalk

Answer:

Moderators are carefully chosen by the Administration Staff. Rarely, if not never, do we have openings for moderation positions.

• Asking to become a moderator is not very mature and shows you don't have the patience to be a moderator.
  
• Players must be at least 15 years old to be a moderator as this is an age where you are expected to be able to handle explicit materials and display maturity.
  
• All players who lose karma due to bad behaviour have a record kept on them. If you have lost karma for any reason, you will not be considered for moderation.
  
• Potential moderators must have a working knowledge of the forum.
  
• Players considered for moderation must be friendly and helpful to all players, not just their friends or people they like.
  
• Potential Moderators must have a lot of patience.
  
• To be considered for moderation, a player must not have had any past accounts with a reputation of bad behaviour.
  
• A player who has ever showed any disrespect for Forum TOS (Terms of Service) and staff members will not be considered for moderation.
